Ah Snub TV! Probably the best music show ever! Only ran for 2 years and 20 episodes but blimey it was so good!
Fugazi, Sonic Youth, Pixies, Loop etc. The Butthole Surfers interview is one of the most amazing bits of TV ever! Looking like they are whacked on acid, staring into a lava lamp talking bizarre nonsense about taking out ones lefy eyeball and pointing it in the direction of ones right eyeball to create intense video feedback..... Very odd!
Shame the 'Honey were never on it.
Ah they had Teenage Fanclub, Spacemen 3, Throwing Muses, Breeders! Oh man the Breeders live on Snub just b4 Pod came out!! the Beatnigs! You can if you look hard enough still find the occasional copy of the Snub TV video in 2nd hand shops. I have nearly all the episodes back on VHS at home somewhere.....must dig it out!

I got into Mudhoney in high school, back in 1988 or 1989 thru a friend who were a underground punk freak which is a very good friend of mine. Mudhoney became my favorite band and had to get their stuff right away while i was a freshman in college... rock on!!!

I was on the Nirvana mmessage board and was talking to people about some bands they should recomend me, and one person said Mudhoney. I listened to some of their stuff, and really liked it. I became a fan.
