So we now have got a 9 date European tour... add in a travel day between Greece and Russia and 2 days traveling either side from the US and I think this might be about it Euro Festival wise for 2007. If this is the case, shame there's no UK date (and Eire) but there ya go, we've been spoilt for Mudhoney shows in the UK last couple of years. Hope to be proven wrong of course and there's some club shows to be added - but been looking at the UK festivals around these dates and I can't see Mudhoney sharing a stage with the likes of the Klaxxons and the Killers at T in The Park for example. Anyone heard any rumours re: any other shows?

We have this free festival in The Hague called Parkpop and they had Mudhoney on the bill in 1991 because they wanted to have a "Seatlle" band but they did't play because of the same reason.

Being stuck in lovely London (actually that makes it sound like I'm not happy to be here and I am really:) can someone from the US of Stateside shed some light on the festival scene as it stands now? Seems that Mudhoney can quite easily come over to Europe and play nearly 2 weeks of festivals, pocket some cash and flit back to the Pacific NorthWest and alls well with the world. Are there no local festivals like the ones they'll be playing in Russia & Greece? Aside from Coachella (which seems to be a store front for whatever the band du jours are) and Lollapalooza in whatever format it's taking. I mean in the UK and Eire between June and August there are countless festivals every weekend - all doing great business (it seems) + all the mainland European fests. Seems that Mudhoney can tour Europe and play these do's and do pretty well (even without having a 'new' album to promote). And I for one and pleased that they can!! More power to 'em! Genuine question though - I'm interested Whats the festival scene in the US like? Is it all Fall Out Boy and crap Emo - Nu Metal bands playing at State Fairs? And Vans sponsored 'punk' fests? Maybe they're over in the UK to play Download or Donnington - when are they happening?!

this is replay for few fucking e-mails from some of you, i add it here cos i know you read this:
i've always try to be loyal to the band... and i do not leak anything until it's official. i know that you can dig that information and write it to every place you want, but i do not. i do not blame you.
that's why it seems that websites updates are always late. thanks for angry e-mails, yes i am an asshole cos i do not leak information or give you band members e-mail adresses. you CAN'T find any info on my site until i get permission from the band for it. it's all about respect...
cheers and fuck offs
