I think there are a lot of younger bands with younger fans that point directly to mudhoney as an influence. . . the fact that they continue to make new music (and it's good) is definitely a help in this area.
speaking of new Mudhoney. . .

I've known a lot of people interested in mudhoney...but I can say just two of them was really involved in their music, shame!
I think one reason could be found in a lack of promotion, at least here in italy...but I still believe that it's not what makes a band greater...

I think that there's interest in them
When I was in Highschool (couple years ago) I knew about 5 people or so that listened to them and I don't really talk to very many people so If that speaks for the entire world then alot of people are interested in them.
Even at my current job, two of the guys there know who mudhoney is, one of them owns Superfuzz BigMuff.
And I know two people other then myself who are dedicated record buying mudhoney fans ... So from where I'm sitting it looks like there's (still) interest.
Maybe not like MTV mainstream interest but nevertheless there's interest.

Well, it seems that there is indeed interest for Mudhoney, 64 members right now. I think that the mebers should visit the forum. It looks a kind of dead bleeding now  |

what can i say mudhoney r great you guys are great for setting this board up, so its all fucking great. GREAT. even if no one else wants this forum i certainly do, and yes there is an intrest, coz mudhoney arent dead are they. didnt think so
