It can be both hash or weed, I prefer the hash variant which is often called Ice-hash. But that's because I always prefer hash over weed. Over here you can get Ice-o-lator in the coffeeshops, not in every one, but it's not very exclusive either. The only loss is that it's 2 or 3 times as expensive.
It's fun to experience a few times, but if you want to get stoned and have a relaxed evening, don't use this stuff. I have even heard from several people that Ice-o-later can have a stronger and heavier effect on people than speed. I wouldn't know since I've never tried speed but it's strong and heavy alright. Also, I doubt if speed has a hallucinitating effect. But apart from that, I think the point is being made. This is almost hard drugs.
If you're ever gonna visit to Holland let me know, and I'll let you try it hehe.

i had some in march, as i was there for 3 days. i didnt realise you lived inholland thats cool!!!!! next time i visit ill give you a shout. i didnt realise that it came in both forms hash and weed. i prefer weed but thats coz we cant get weed here at all. in fact the last time i smoked it was about year and a half ago!!!!!
