Grunge died out thanks to people like him not knowing anything about it Bar the big dogs like Nirvana,Pearl Jam ect...This guy purely knows shit we must laugh at reviews like this as they have no meaning really. Like the last time we ranted about their review about Nevermind being the most overrated album ever. |

most overrated band of the year so far? Arctic Monkeys, by quite a huge margin. I remember at a gig, my college band played "I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor", the single has just started being played and everybody crazy. I just played guitar really pissed and high and we were first, so we just got slaughtered after. I always have a joint before I go on, cardinal rule.

I don't see what all the fuss is about? I mean OK, the songs are all average at best, but it seems the NME and others mags has built them up when really, they can't live up to the hype.

Just 'cos he's dressed like some NF Skinhead circa 1981 and trying to look 'hard' is merely disguising the fact that he's a big soft post Brit Pop late 30 something career journalist whose favourite band were/are the Manic Street Preachers.
I have a mate who works at the BBC near this joker. He informs me he is a bit of a laughing stock....
And re: his glamarous assistant..... lord help us!
