I had Primar Rock Therapy tape copy many years and finally managed to find original 12" two years ago.

I know there's Two way street 7" and Primal Rock Therapy EP. But is there anything else released by them? (I'm not talking about songs in compilations)

well I never order anything offline, because I only pay with cash and none of these online places take cash.

this may be the case if you're talking about online stores like amazon but is often untrue with indie record labels. i'm quite sure that if you email the sub pop (or k records, kill rock stars, estrus, dischord, etc) sales dept asking them if you can pay via well concealed cash they'll have no problem and will tell you what to do.
don't forget that a lot of these labels got started in the late '80s when internet was ahead to come and kids rarely had credit cards.
you may want to send out the cash with a return recepit, which is like a postcard going together with your parcel that the sales dept guy will have to sign and is then automatically sent back to you. it'll lower the chances of your cash getting stolen by the mailman, plus it'll give you a proof in case the guys at the label says you never sent the money etc.
