I ordered mine from sub pop, like I always do. If you can, you should order from them. You usually do get extras thrown in on your order (stickers, promo pictures, etc) so its worth the extra cost of the shipping. And yes, you usually do receive it before the actual release date which is really cool.
Don't know of any differences between the vinyl and cd or any special extras yet. I went ahead and purchased the vinyl of the lucky ones and the cd of the expanded superfuzz (unfortunately the superfuzz re-release only comes on cd).
