Nearly...gotta say even Mark Arm probably couldn't scale scaffolding, whilst still screaming his head off and knocking over amps left, right and centre like Iggy Pop can at the age of 61. Saying that, singing wise, yes Mark's voice is better than Iggy's. Although if you compare Iggy's and Mark's at the same age, maybe that's a more realistic comparison, it's a lot more of a tight contest.
But yeah, can't really get better than Arm or Iggy. Jello Biafra and Doc Corbin Dart of the Crucifucks have interesting voices lol. The various vocalists of Black Flag were pretty decent as well. But Iggy and Arm are the most versatile, greatest ranging and best performers of the bunch (well...hmm...I could think too much about that one).
