I have 3 CD versions of Let It Slide.
As you say the slimline card wallet (4 tracks), the JEWEL case (like ya standard CD album case a 5 track version of the EP) and a promo 5 rack CD in a jewel case. Never seen it in a 'slimline' CD case. Does it have a sleeve? They are known in the trade as 'J Cards'.
Look on the label copy (print) on the sleeve - if it's Sub Pop US it will clearly state US release etc. If it's a European release or done from the UK when Sub Pop briefly had an office in London it should state that too.
How many tracks are on this version and what are they?
I'll have a look this weekend to see which versions are from where. Seems to me someone somewhere needs to reactivate or start a new discography - the MOTHER of all Mudhoney discography's
