Has anything even been confirmed? All I know is that their are rumours (strong ones at that) that Pearl Kam are headlining.

Trust me on the journey home when your stinking of beer, sweat(x 500) and pot you'll feel so sorry for the unfortunate soul sat next to you on the train.

I'm going by train I think. Dont take to much with you then man, done that back in 2004 only me and a mate went,we managed to get someone to drive us up and after they lumbered us in some car park we relised we had to much for 2 people to carry most of it beer so we stayed in the car park for about 3 hours drinking it but still we had to much to carry,we were walking through lush green grass that hadnt seemed to be touched all year round then as you got a little further in to the fields you could feel water seeping thru in to you'r worn out trainers so we reliased we were walking in mud up to our knees and what with a backpack on and 4 blacksac's each full of beer this was hard work man we had to stop every 10 minutes for a rest and to drink another beer fast and loose some weight off our backs.Be warned man yeah only take what you need and what you can carry,beer-wise if i were you just get a crate or two and get the rest in reading they sell it everywhere even if its a little dearer its worth the hastle of carrying it miles in the mud and shit (that if it rains this year? or snows even?) anyway see ya in the pit somewhere man.

Very recognizable. Luckily I go by car mostly, but last year I went to Lowlands by train. The only reason I drank beer on the way to the festival was to enjoy it, not to get rid of it. The weather was great and the connection between the trains and busses couldn't have been better. We were with a big group of which most people I had never met. Three of them ended up carrying my stuff while we, and a few thousand others, were waiting to get in. I felt a bit guilt about that, but it was alright actually.
When the camping got open, everyone started moving, but I was holding a joint and a beer so I had no hands free. Those people, two girls and a guy, offered to carry some of my stuff and after a few minutes we lost track, we found each other after we got in. They weren't too happy when we met again, which was about 3 hours later. But as friendly as I am, I offered to put up their tent, which I didn't do by the way because me and my friend were too busy with our own tent and theirs was already standing when we got ours out of the bag. I gave the guy a kiss on the cheek though when I found out he owned Eggnog by the Melvins. My friend passed out that night, apparently sleeping pills, beer, Jack Daniels and weed isn't a good combination for some people. What a wuss. And what a great festival.
