I'm not saying you choose anarchy, I just wondered how you can ever make fair decisions or pay attention to anyone if you're living with such a big group.

Completely off topic, for my next college gig, I'm playing "Bone Machine", "Debaser" and "Gigantic"..... it's an 80s gig, so how better than Pixies?

I say Give it a go, Greesyrice. All i wanted to do once i left skool was to move in somewhere with my drummer/friend to be able to practise and write stuff all the time. I havent read OBCBYL but the whole introductory chapters in Pearl Jam's bio "5 against 1" got me real psyched hearing about chris cornell, andrew wood etc etc all living together and getting their bands off the ground. In reality tho i lived with 4 guys for a year and couldnt get anyone to pay for basic upkeep or heating and the place was a pigsty 24/7!! I couldnt imagine living with 25 people but i recon do whatever you can to point yourself towards your destiny... blah blah

Yeah Greesyrice go for it man,i've moved out 3 times and moved back home but its all experience for ya and the end of the day man and if it dont work you just move out.Last time i moved out it was fucking crazy we were growing weed there and selling it to close friends just to keep that money for the rent,we had a jammin room with all our shit in where we'd play music everyday,i think we only went food shopping once bar that we would just get takeaways and mircowave food at the nearest shop. But it was kool to have all you'r friends stay over when they wanted and party all the time and those summer BBQ's in the garden with like 100 people turning up with lots of cold beer and the music...man the music i was living with 4 friends and we all had a very nice collection on cd's/casettes/dvd's/videos ect...and all had a cd player which didnt work,so i bought a discman wired it up to my cd player hooked up 11 speakers to it and it was pretty neat.Fuck it man go for it i say...its so much fun.!
