My Pixies tribute gig is tonight. Planning on going crazy then getting completely wasted and calling everybody "mommy". 'Nuff said. We always high in rehearsal so we only two songs done. Nearly had Debaser, but the drummer had gone home before we could play it with him. So it's just The Holiday Song and Where Is My Mind?. I may ask for the lights to be dimmed for that.

It went so well! When I did the best solo riff to The Holiday Song (you know right at the start) all the Pixies fans in the crowd went absolutely ape! They were singing the words and stuff. When I started Where Is My Mind? Me and the other guitarist Luke (aka Joey) got the crowd going "Oooo Oooo" Magical. Best gig I've ever played yet, my dad's got some videos I'll put them on when we figure how to.

it was fuckin' bitchin' I got more and more pissed when I got off and I went round going "oh my god" and hugging everybody. Then I chilled backstage. Next day I had 2 fat joints to get rid of my hangover.
