so i was wondering if ya'll would sugest some guitar that ya'll like..i mean i have a guitar but i need a new one i don't realy need a new one.. i just want a new one.. hah i personally wanted a 64 fender mustang but my friend sold it at his guitar shop so eh and now i am looking at a hagstrom.. but i still want sugestions.. and just to tell u all... i don't like mustangs because kurt played them and i don't like hagstroms because mark played them.. these are just the two guitars that i thought felt good to me.. but i still want sugestions!!

Get this. The play on i must be amazing  But seriously guitars that are 'endorsed' if you will by bands like the mustang etc. are ridicously over-priced because of it. A guitar...is alot like a woman.... you have the women you like and the women you don't like. The women you don't like other people may like. A friend say's "wow she's hot" but in you opinion she's a munter so to be honest nobody can give you opinions. If you reeeaaallllly want opinions tell us what sort of sound are you looking for? |

well i could tell u the whole story on the mustang.. because i like the way the sounded felt. played everything.. but i am not gonna tell u the whole story.. because its to long.. so i am not gonna do it.. and i like the hagstrom it sounds great.. the only thing that sucks is the paint is pealing off :\ but i still like it.. and yes that guitar is kinda ugly.. but if u pick up i think last months bass player.. with the violent femmes theres this dude who plays a realy freaky bass like that. but yea.. well wat i as gonna do is takes ya'lls sugestions.. and see if i would like it.. if not i would just find a new guitar until i like it.. i don't realy need sugestions.. i just really want to see wat ya'll like and see if i like it too haha but i am gonna get a new guitar

If you'r a fan of the mustangs mabye you'd enjoy playing a Jaguar also? Or Jazzmaster? I own both a jaguar and a mustang,i would more rather my mustang but when my jag is done up to the max i think it will be my main guitar.Also i'd suggest a nice Univox Hi-Flyer or morrite copy again not cause kurt played one i've also played a few and man they are sexy.I to am after a hagstrom next or mabye a univox if i ever get my hands on one.

well I've a squier strat which is kinda nice but yeah I would like to get a fender strat. And a Hangstrom too !

if you cant find a univox hi flyer get an eastwood(dont know the model) its the same as the hi flyer only theres p90' in it.
if i were you id just get a mexican strat or the new jags with 2 hum's and a tune o matic. theire pretty cool.

If you are a man who loves his ''Necks'' in guitar terms i would deffinatly try a jaguar man,I forget the name now but a jaguar is so comfortable to play standing up or sitting down,they are so soft and so easy to slide up and down at fast paces for punk kinda playing or whatever.The only two things that pissed me off about my jaguar was the bridge for one as its an old bridge which doesnt have the case so with my heavy strumming the strings slip off the brige but thats easliey fixed if you install a nice mustang bridge to it,The second being the fucking weight of the jaguar i guess you could always pay a stupid ammount and have weight reduction or something but thats just a waste of money mabye its just me but compared to everyother guitar i've played the jaguar is pretty damn heavy but that doesnt really effect anything sound-wise its a great guitar and as i said as soon as im finished modifying mine im sure it will be my main guitar.  |

thats sweet yea i guess i am a guy who loves his "necks" its just if it doesn't feel right to me.. even if the guitar sounds great i won't consider buying it unless the neck feels good to me but thanks i will check out the jaguar!
