i've seen them in october, probably one of the loudest shows i've had the luck to witness. they were actually pretty good... the songs started to be a bit samey towards the end of their set but then again, maybe i was just too deaf at that point to appreciate any variation. never heard their records though.

Yeah kool man.I seen them last weekend and they were one of the highlights at the festival i went to,put a real good show on live,and try and get some of their records man they are fucking awol!!  |

thorn, i want to share a little secret with you: open a new browser window, type www.allmusic.com in the navigation bar, then search for "lighting bolt". come on dude, you can do it. once there you can check their biography and you'll even come across band names such as the contortions, ruins and the boredoms. yeah, yeah, of course you already know everything about all these bands... so spare me that comment, ok? try downloading some of those bands' mp3's instead... i know it sounds incredible, but even if they don't sound too much like nirvana, it's actually pretty good stuff! |

ranch hands you obviously didnt read my message to you in the kyuss thread im already a member of allmusic, and yes ive got cds by those bands. ive never heard of lightning bolt until this year.
