Even though the internet is full of lies, it's also a great resource for looking up tons of information, such as how long the ATP Nightmare Before X-Mas lasts. Pssst.... www.atpfestival.com/events/nightmare/

i might come to atp next year. does it only last one weekend? Yeah it last's just the one weekend,i dont think they would make it any longer as no one in the right possible mind would want to come back to reality and home-life,But ATP is a mass of great festivals and diffrent shows,Like for instance throught the year ATP puts lots of shows on in london featuring ''GREAT BANDS/ARTISTS' and then you have those 'Dont Look Back' Shows where ATP books a band play say Sonic Youth for instance (as they did it) and they play their classic album (In sonic's case it was Daydream Nation,If i had anything to do with it/it would have been Confusion) Same with mudhoney they played Superfuzz Bigmuff (which i may ass was totally mind blowing) And then in May & April they have 2 ATP festivals all consisting of great bands yet again and lasting a weekend where you no need tents because you share a challet with friends and all,Then in december you have ATP The Nightmare Before X-mas (kinda the same as the 2 festivals in May and April really just its in december)And also sometime in May or April next year you have ATP Vs The Fans where ATP Curates (Picks) half the lineup and if you buy a ticket you get a voting poll of 10 bands who you'd write down bands in you want to play (Bands who are still alive that is) so far for that festival next year the top 10 voting bands by the fans are as follows... 1 Arcade Fire 2 Modest Mouse 3 Apples In Stereo 4 Bjork 5 Pavement 6 PJ Harvey 7 The Flaming Lips 8 Godspeed You Black Emperor 9 Aphex Twin 10 Bonnie Prince Billy Sonic Youth comming in at number 11. So there if you need anymore info check the site out. ;D

For half of them bands on there it'd probably cost just as much to hire one of them as it would to hire all the bands that played the last ATP. Wouldn't say no to them though! Are you going to any of them two festivals?
