An official release date has been announced for the Nirvana - Live At Reading DVD. The worldwide release is November 2, 2009 while the US release will be November 3, 2009.

Nirvana Live At Reading will be issued in a limited edition CD+DVD Deluxe Edition as well as DVD-only, CD-only configurations on November 3, 2009, followed by a 2 LP version on November 17, 2009.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Nirvana’s Bleach, Sub Pop Records will reissue NIRVANA's 1989 debut album as an expanded CD/double vinyl collection on November 3rd.

Additionally, the reissued Bleach will feature an unreleased bonus live album called Live at Pine Street Theatre, recorded at the Portland, Oregon venue on February 9th, 1990.

Both Bleach and the Pine Street show have been digitally remastered from the original tapes by Jack Endino, who produced Nirvana’s debut LP.

The first run of the reissued double-LPs will be issued on white vinyl, including two songs that were not available on the original vinyl release.

Yay - I'm gonna get the vinyl re-issue of Bleach (white vinyl if I can get it..) and the CD re-issue fer shure
I was at (both) Reading Festival Nirvana shows.. I wish it was the 1991 show being released on DVD as that was way more fun than the 1992 headline performance. Can't understand the veneration that show gets from the 'critics'.. it was a LONG COLD and VERY WET day... Not a lot of fun that particular Reading for me (personally). Mudhoney, Screaming Trees, Nick Cave and Melvins - oh and ABBA tribute band also played. All of them were v cool as you'd expect. People threw mud at the bands though. By 1992 the meathead wankers who had stopped coming by the end of the 1980s had started going again.. like hey man Nirvana are playing, cool... for a few years 89-91 Reading was great. It looks like a fricking nightmare now! Bah humbug....

I went to record store today and was surprised to find Bleach Deluxe. I had to buy it. Cool booklet. The live songs sound nice. Sappy got me again.

There was also a weird Nirvana compilation called In Bloom Collection, including Smells Like Nirvana for example.
