Mmm nice thread!! Way to go man!! I'm primarily a drummer so here's my drum gear 1st. Mapex M Series drums in honey amber - Mapex hardware, stands, stool etc - Mixture of Meinl, Zlidjian and Stagg cymbals…. drums are really dull to write about - unles you're talking vintage gear....I’m saving for a 60s/70s Ludwig, Gretsch or Premier kit. They just sound better! It’s true! Guitar wise: 1966 Fender Jazzmaster (bought 2 months ago – it’s beautiful, saved up for months for this baby, black refin with white scratchguard and bound neck/pearl inlay bits – I’m gonna get it refined BACK to Sunburst, tortoiseshell scratchguard etc...) 1992 Fender Squire Telecaster – first guitar. Surprisingly good cheap guitar! Pedals Univox Superfuzz (orange and blue 70s version - incredible pedal!!!) Electro Harmonix MOGWAI Big Muff (1 of 50 made for the band Mogwai by those lovely EH folks IN New York - V RARE promotional item made to celebrate the release of their ‘Rock Action’ album – this is basically a Big Muff with all the scripts changed– I will hopefully one day sell this for a lot of money) Russian Zovtek Big Muff (big green tank of a pedal!) Electro Harmonix Small Stone phazer (hence my name... Electro Hamonix Electric Mistress flanger Jim Dunlop Wah Wah Danelectro Tremelo (someones borrowing this...) Danelectro French Toast (a distortion/octave pedal - the fuzz is good a bit like a trebly Superfuzz, the octave switch is rubbish!) Some other rubbish cheap distortion pedals... Al this goes through laughably and I’m embarrassed to say an awful Fender Squire 15w Amp.... anybody want to sell me an amp? I need one bad!!!

um i have a Yamaha "beginers electric that came in a pack it kinda sucks but it works. a bass i dont know what kind it is but its one of those battery powered ones two acousitcs and one of them has those cool F-holes its like 100 years old i think and an amp about 15 watts 4 minipedles form dan electro distortion, octave, phaser and a tuner but they suck and eat your batteries in an hour, and one mega peddle with like 100 sounds in one
lol my equipment sucks but its still pretty loud i guess

It doesn't suck. No instrument sucks it's just harder to make sound good than a supposed good instrument.

Folks Check this out: cgi.ebay.co.uk/Electro-Harmonix-BIG-MUFF-Pi-MOGWAI-PROMO-BRAND-NEW_W0QQitemZ7368176220QQcategoryZ22669QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItemthis is what I'm talking abiout re: my Mogwai Big Muff. Wonder how much this will go for... gonna keep an eye on it!!! As for the Russian Big Muff - there are 2 x types. The black version that kinda looks a lot like the standard US big muff but is ... black. I have the first re-issue the horrible great big green version that is as heavy as a tank. Soundwise it's pretty chunky and thick. The Tone knob goes all the way from really trebly thin Mudhoney-esque fuzz to a thick bassey Melvinsey sludge. It's a great little box. It feels sturdier than than US made Big Muff re-issues which feel a little ligjht. Never been 100% convinced by the EH foot switchs. The only draw back on this Russian box it that it has no LED so you can't see if its on or not.... not that I guess you really need one... the sound being what it is!!! Superfuzz or Bigmuff what do people think?
