Sunn O))) is fucking ace live man,they only played 2 songs when i saw them but you only needed to hear those 2 songs and you where like WHOA! they are great man.

Last time I saw them they played two sons as well. Too bad Steve O'Mally is pretty much digging black metal crap, a Belgian black metal is supporting them. Sounds like a good time for beer to me.

Yesterday, they played 1 hour and 45 minutes but the set still existed of two songs ;]

Most of their songs are about 20 minutes long so I they probably mixed a few songs into one big song. Hae you ever seen them? Or do you know 'em? Seeing this band live is an amazing experience.

Ah meester All Tomorrow's Parties, with thees years festivities you are really spoiling uz. For in addition to two splendid festivals this spring, 2006' Nightmare Before Christmas is going to be even bigger and better than ever.
Thurston Moore has been drafted in to curate the December Festival, which runs from December 8th-10th at the new location of Butlins in Minehead, which is bigger and posher than the Pontins down Camber way.
Iggy and The Stooges and Sonic Youth have been confirmed as headliners, and we imagine there's going to be a hell of a lot more acts announced over the weekend.
The Minehead Butlins boasts different ranges of Chalets than previously, while there's four bars, cinemas, restaurants and a large sandy beach. Though quite what point there will be of that in December is anyone's guess. Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 7th at nine AM. Hurry!
Fucking AYE! i gotta be at this years nightmare festival!!

Tempting really tempting.
I've stopped at that butlins place before for me mates 18th (fuckin was I pissed and stoned as a fart, it was my 'lost weekend'). It's a pretty cool place from what I remember with the beach right next to the place. The rooms are cool as well... well as cool as can be expected anyway.

Well I had a chin wag with one of them and he's certain he wants to go and their's a couple more i'll be speaking to tonight so hopefully they can come tehn we'll have a car-full unless someone needs a lift there that's here and semi-local.
