What really makes me laugh though is that if it weren't Seattle and people like Sonic Youth, Mudhoney et al, he would be fucking nothing. Also a quote:
"The Melvins changed my life" (or something along those lines) Yet he never takes this band out on the road. Instead he crawls up Lemmy's arse.

well thats true but why did he have to stop rocking?? and its not like nirvana werent poppy (to some degree). take for eg the 1st foos album fucking heavy but every single song was poppy and had a cool melody!!!
