i know, but analogue rules, digital blows, and computers are not even as intelligent as a single celled organism: why: they cant think for themselves!!!

In terms of inteliigance they are. Ask them to do a taks it'll do it and most likely with no wrong answers. Want one thing that proves it? A calculator...

I know what you're trying to say h8kurdt, but intelligence is more than just that. But that's another problem, also within the fields of artificial intelligence: what is intelligence? And how do you measure it?

my fave sonic youth records are the early ones: confusion is sex, evol, sister, bad moon rising. i know daydream nation is a landmark album, but i never managed to listen to it for too long (it was a long time ago anyway, maybe i should give it another try). the same goes for all the rec's they put out during the "grunge hype" years (goo, dirty, ejstns). from washing machine onwards they kinda got back in style, but that's when i stopped following them. but i still believe that if more young kids of today listened to evol the world would be a better place. that was kinda along time ago.. but i listen to EVOL and i am 13
