Jandek looked pretty happy  Didn't want to bug him anyway. He was chatting with Richard Youngs bass playing dude who plays for him occasionally. He sat in the Queen Victoria pub at ATP on Saturday afternoon and watched the FA Cup final by all accounts. But thats ATP for ya! Folks just kinda hang out. Kinda breaks down that whole us and them artist punter vibe. |

Yup - gonna go to ATP in December - the line up is just too good to miss. Sonic Youth, Stooges, Charalambides, Six Organs, Melvins etc etc.
Everyone should go - save your pennies now!!! It sounds like the site is better than Camber Sands - bowling alley, cinema! (great idea - bands can show films etc!), restaurants, pubs, better accomadation etc etc.
Honestly ATP blew me and my wifes minds last week. Gonna go to every one now!!

They had a cinema-like thing at the normal atp headquatres well they did when i was there back in 2004,i remember walking through it with a big screen and alot of people sat down watching The Year Punk Broke,The fact that the bands get to pick what is played on tv is great to,i saw some really good movies,documentrays while i was there im really looking forward to the december one and yes this new veune sounds really good and plus its like 100 miles closer to me than camber sands so only take me 2hrs max to get there now probably.See you there smallstone. ;D
